Deemed a thought leader in pediatric therapy, NSPT brings peace of mind to thousands of children and their families with its invigorating blend of positive environment, and blossoming kids.  Our services include Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Neuropsychology Diagnostics & Treatment, and Academic Support. NSPT has been assisting families for over 17 years and has expanded to several locations.

     

    Our therapists are the most important members of our team. You will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages and diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, oral motor disorders, apraxia, feeding disorders, and receptive and expressive language delays/disorders.  Applicants should have clinical skills with a wide variety of ages and treatment techniques.  Experience in a multi-disciplinary setting is a plus, as we are a clinic who values collaboration with other therapists and professionals.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed
    • Create and distribute reports
    • Maintain Internal Standard Operating Procedure Documents and Wikis
    • Maintain IT Equipment and Repair when possible
    • Setup and distribute IT Equipment for new hires
    • Assist with IT Questions, Troubleshooting, and Walk throughs via ticketing system, email, phone, and skype for business
    • Assist with the installation of new electronic hardware and software and help train employees on its use
    • Work as part of team to resolve tickets and escalate as needed
    • Ensure HIPAA Compliant IT processes are in place
    • Track IT Equipment assignments and maintain inventory
    • Visit other clinics as needed for installation, repair, troubleshooting, or training
    • Bring advanced repairs to repair facility
    • Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors, and contractors
    • Communicate with all fellow employees as valued customers in a timely manner with upbeat, helpful demeanor and thorough verbal or written guidance
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Highschool Diploma or GED Required
    • Degree in IT, Business, or related field (helpful but not required)
    • Must have the ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues
    • Proficiency with software and cloudware programs
    • Knowledge of basic PC hardware
    • Familiarity with basic IT lingo
    • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment with changing circumstances.
    • Advanced organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills are required.
    • Excellent listening, verbal/written communication skills are required
    • Must be computer proficient and experienced with using Microsoft Office Products
    • Able to type 35+ wpm
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledgeable about office equipment
    • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to think fast and show initiative when needed
