  • Director of Clinical Therapy

    Shift Schedule
    Full Time Position. Monday-Friday. This position requires travel.
  • Overview

    This role is responsible for all areas of core therapies and their support staff. The director is expected to ensure the clinical performance of the core therapies team and ultimately client satisfaction which will, in the end, result in meeting productivity targets thus positively impacting financial performance of the organization. Where assigned, this role will lead the execution of strategies developed by the executive leadership team. The director will evaluate and review business and clinical procedures to ensure maximum efficiencies and quality of care. This position will work closely with the Directors of ABA and Neuropsychology to ensure the company’s success.


    • Responsible for the management of Branch Directors, Intake Team Members, and Family Child Advocates
    • Maintain established quality of care standards, i.e. client satisfaction rates
    • Meet or exceed established productivity goals for all core therapy disciplines
    • Meet or exceed established growth goals for the company

    • Strong clinical competency as an SLP, OT, PT or LCPC/LCSW with a general knowledge of all core therapies preferred
    • Ability to motivate and hold direct reports and their teams accountable for performance
    • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills are a must
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to articulate the company vision and inspire individuals to embrace the vision
    • Serves as an integral part of the company’s marketing and sales efforts
    • Works closely with Human Resources to recruit, develop, and retain talent
    • BA/BS required, MS/MA/MBA degree preferred
    • 8 years of clinical experience preferred, including 3 years of demonstrated management and leadership experience.
    • Multisite management experience across multiple disciplines strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in business and/or project management
