Our services include Occupational, Speech, & Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Neuropsychology Diagnostics & Treatment, Nutrition, and Academic Support including Tutoring and Executive Functioning.  NSPT has been assisting families for over 17 years and has expanded to several locations.


    • Know, and positively influence, the status of each and every client experience at North Shore Pediatric Therapy until every single client is highly satisfied
    • Perform new client telephone intakes, scheduling, and rescheduling
    • Send welcome letters and packages to new clients
    • Follow up with prospective clients in an organized and timely manner
    • Follow up with e-mail inquiries
    • Send information to prospective clients
    • Promote the multidisciplinary approach and manage cross-referrals
    • Coordinate therapists’ schedules to accommodate clients’ needs
    • Fax prescription requests to referring physicians
    • Provide clients with a tour of the clinic upon their first visit
    • Determine over time which services would be helpful to potential clients (“clinical detective work”)
    • Maintain collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
    • Oversee the upkeep of physical facilities
    • Develop your leadership skills within NSPT, and participate in projects and outreach opportunities in the community
    • Develop new roles within our growing organization

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must!
    • Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
    • Have the ability to learn our practice management software system
    • Love the joy of bringing happiness into the lives of children and their families
    • Leadership skills to manage the overall client experience
    • Telephone skills to handle a high volume of calls each day
    • Insight and ability to problem solve and appropriately access and utilize manager or supervisor input when needed
    • Flexibility! Be prepared to work hours beyond the “normal” workweek to assist clients, attend evening meetings or training sessions, as required
    • Desire to be a part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team with the drive to work together to ensure each child reaches his/her maximum potential
    • Previous experience working with children, adolescents and families. Applicants should submit a letter of interest and current resume/curriculum vitae
    • Excellent professional communication and customer service skills an absolute must!
