Our services include Occupational, Speech, & Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Neuropsychology Diagnostics & Treatment, Nutrition, and Academic Support including Tutoring and Executive Functioning.  NSPT has been assisting families for over 17 years and has expanded to several locations.



    • Collecting Driver’s license and MV insurance from staff, noting in Paylocity
    • Noting professional license and CPR expiration dates in Paylocity
    • Role Descriptions- exempt and nonexempt
    • Add EEO-1 categories to each role description
    • Maintain personnel files, export data from applicant tracking system and import into personnel files
    • Additional tasks from time to time


    Ongoing Tasks

    • Personnel file maintenance
    • Address Changes
    • Name Changes
    • Pulling various Paylocity reports for CFO after payroll and time off for HR
    • Termination tasks
    • Additional tasks from time to time


    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Early Childhood Education, Physiology or Business Administration
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Demonstrated experience with project management and effective time management
    • Experience with developing and delivering presentations
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
