Our services include Occupational, Speech, & Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Neuropsychology Diagnostics & Treatment, Nutrition, and Academic Support including Tutoring and Executive Functioning.  NSPT has been assisting families for over 17 years and has expanded to several locations.


    • Manages all aspects of the accounts payable function
    • Reviews and properly records all corporate credit card purchases and employee expense reimbursement requests
    • Records all cash receipts and revenue transactions. Works closely with NSPT billing service to ensure accurate reporting of revenue-related activity
    • Prepares and records all journal entries and maintains all supporting documentation and schedules
    • Reconciles all balance sheet accounts monthly
    • Processes payroll (hourly and salaried employees) and ensures all associated reporting is accurate and in compliance with all laws and statutory requirements
    • Prepares analyses of revenue, expense, and balance sheet accounts
    • Assists in the completion of the monthly financial reporting package
    • Assists in the completion of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
    • Assists in the preparation of year-end reporting requirements (compilation / review / audit)
    • Responds to requests for information supporting preparation of the annual tax return
    • Other duties as assigned from time to time


    • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills
    • Must have flexibility in scheduled to meet monthly closing deadlines, etc.
    • Advanced experience with Quickbooks is a must
    • Paylocity payroll software is a plus
    • Must be computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, etc.
