  • Overview

    Admission's/Intake Supervisor role is to deliver an outstanding client experience by managing the FCA and Intake Teams as well as the facilities in which we provide service.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and support the FCA/Intake Teams.
    • Establish and manage performance metrics for the FCA key responsibilities. (i.e. phone support, schedule optimization and facilities maintenance)
    • Spend time in each clinic to provide management support to the FCAs and be a resource to clinicians.
    • Work closely with Regional Clinical Managers to help the FCAs maximize clinic productivity.
    • Establish and manage performance metrics for the Intake Team key responsibilities (i.e. phone support, CR data accuracy, and intake conversions)
    • Develop and maintain FCA and Intake SOPs and ensure compliance among the teams.
    • Manage high level facility issues such as regularly scheduled maintenance, large repairs, and annual inspections.
    • Assist the management team with space utilization in the clinics.
    • Periodically attend clinic huddles.
    • Make suggestions to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the company
    • Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in related field
    • Minimum of two years in a supervisory or management role is strongly preferred
    • Excellent oral, listening, communication skills as well as self-awareness
    • Proven history of providing client-centric care
    • Self-motivated with the willingness and accountability to exceed client expectations
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills
    • Must be computer proficient, especially with Office 365
    • Ability to travel locally to NSPT clinics
      • Ability to stand and move for 30% of the day
      • Use of hearing, hands and eyes 100% of the workday
      • Ability to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally during the workday
      • Office environment – may be exposed to loud noises when children are present
      • Stamina and ability to work all assigned hours
