Our services include Occupational, Speech, & Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Neuropsychology Diagnostics & Treatment, Nutrition, and Academic Support including Tutoring and Executive Functioning.  NSPT has been assisting families for over 17 years and has expanded to several locations.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for each caller, family or clinic visitor
    • Be especially understanding and empathetic to clients who may be emotional, unhappy or upset
    • Recognize that our reception is a vital part of our brand, because it defines the business to the Client right from the initial point of contact
    • Ensure that every call gets answered and routed accurately and efficiently
    • Be as efficient as possible, and yet courteous on the phone so that as many calls are answered live as possible
    • Return calls sent to voicemail as efficiently as possible
    • Address callers simple scheduling needs
    • Maintain HIPAA compliance

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of experience in customer service preferred
    • Excellent oral, listening, communication and self-awareness skills
    • Proven history of providing excellent customer service
    • Experience or interest in working around children and families with special needs
    • Self-motivated with the willingness and accountability to exceed employee expectations
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization and time-management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and have experience facilitating positive interactions
    • Must be computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Office
    • Proficient at typing
    • Must be able to work independently
    • Experience in Office 365 and Central Reach is preferred, but not required
